Legal guarantee

If you bought a new product and it arrived defective, there are 3 alternatives.

- Money back
- Product change
- Free repair

The legal guarantee covers:

- Factory faults, that is, a poor assembly of a part, a metal part with an original fault.
- Errors in product selection. For example, if we made a mistake and sent you the wrong one.
- Problems attributable to the piece from its origin, WITHOUT use.

The Notification period is 48 hours from receipt of the product.

Right of withdrawal in electronic purchases is 10 calendar days from receipt of the purchase.

The costs associated with shipping the products, whether due to withdrawal or exchange, are the responsibility of the customer.

The legal guarantee does NOT cover:

* Does not apply: Chain Cutting, all chains are delivered in perfect condition and are checked before being sent.
* Does not apply to changes of earrings or sets that contain earrings, for hygiene.
*Does not cover skin PH damage from metals such as chains, hooks, valier, etc.

The darkening of metals or wear of gold/silver plated parts is clearly due to the PH of the person or dirt of the product. Damage due to chemical use, i.e. use of perfumes, water, sweat, in the wear and tear of gold/silver plated pieces, this is attributable to the use and care of the piece, and not a factory fault.

* Does not apply to leather products that have been exposed to water and that have weakened their adhesion to the clasp or metal parts.
* Does not apply for changes after the established dates.
* Does not apply to all products on sale, discount, clearance, Cyber, etc. They do NOT have exchanges or returns .

Ring size changes, only for another size according to available stock. Period of 10 calendar days from the purchase.

Returns or Delays in delivery times. If the package is lost, the transport company must consider the piece lost to proceed with your compensation. This depends only on the transport company. The deadlines are verified with each company and range from 15 business days.

Branch Shipping or Pickup: For orders with pickup at a branch, whose pickup period expires, the package will be returned to our warehouse, when we receive it we will refund your purchase excluding shipping costs.

For product exchanges, they must be unused, with their original packaging intact, that is, with the complete packaging.

Items such as jewelry, earrings or underwear are not subject to article 3 of SERNAC law 19,496, so returns will not be generated for such items.

The procedure for requesting a warranty is as follows:

Step 1: Review the published policies to define if a legal guarantee applies or request a voluntary technical service guarantee .

Step 2: Send an email to ventas@ballary.cl with the details of the problem: It is essential that you send your name, order number, and description of the problem.

Step 3: Once your email is received, the after-sales area will review the background and respond to you within 7 days.

Step 4: Solution options are: Repair, replacement or money back.

*If the purchase was made with free shipping, it is a benefit from our company to the consumer, so there is no obligation on our part to make free shipping or free returns.

All purchase transactions have a validity period of 12 hours before processing them, to ensure stock and prices. Your purchase will be reviewed before being processed.

The procedure for changes is that described in SERNAC Exempt Resolution number 184, section II letter B.

Means by which it is carried out: The same means that were used to celebrate the contract are used. That is, since it is an online sale with home delivery, the changes are made in the same way, sending the defective product to our warehouse.

If you want to change your purchase, we can do so after acceptance on our part and once your case has been reviewed and the warranty process has been authorized. To do this you must follow the instructions that we will send to your email.

Exchanges for purchases made at the BALLARY Store (Antofagasta only) are made effective in the same store for products from our brand.
